Indian Wholegrain Flatbreads:Naan & Roti (Vegetarian)

Anyone who has been to an Indian restaurant is familiar with Naan, leavened bread that is baked in the oven and sprinkled with sesame seeds.  Less familiar to most Americans but beloved by Indians are Rotis, unleavened breads made with whole wheat flour and cooked on the stove top, and Parathas (Rotis that are stuffed with vegetables or lentils).

In this class we will concentrate on making these delicious and healthful breads, but we will also prepare dishes that are typically eaten with them, including a spicy chutney.

This is a single class, 3 hours in length (from 6:00 – 9:00pm)The class is interactive and limited to 6 people. The cost of the class is $50 per person.
