Join me at the Hollywood Farmer’s market every Saturday, when I will be serving mouth-watering South Indian breakfast food – Masala dosas. Dosas are crispy sourdough crepes made from a rice and lentil batter and then stuffed with a spicy potato mixture and topped with a piquant coconut chutney. My dosas are made fresh to order using local ingredients. They are vegan and gluten free.
The market runs from 8:00a to 1:00p and located on NE Hancock, between 44th and 45th Avenue.
